Mary Normile has been coaching professionally since 2005. For the past 30 plus years, she has studied possibility thinking, sales techniques, personal and business communications, conflict resolution, and many other areas. Her thirst for knowledge has been the driving force inspiring her perseverance to continue to learn and help others. She has invested thousands of hours mastering these life skills.

 

Her demonstrated ability to find the win-win solutions to life problems has proven successful with many people. She concentrates on spiritual truths to help her clients see their part in the challenges they face. Focus on the truth gives the client the opportunity to change the patterns that no longer serve them or others. Mary uses an innate ability to intuitively see what needs to be addressed helping her to communicate directly, honestly, and openly with her clients. From 2007-present, Mary has been and continues to study with Jeff Krock's Masters Program. She now teaches this profound and powerful way of living in the world.

 

From 2006-present, Mary has been taking Coach Training Institute credited courses. This includes coactive coaching with perspective work, brainstorming and many other effective ways of finding solutions to everyday challenges. For more information, see www.thecoaches.com.

 

Alcohol and drug counseling has been a large part of Mary's strength. Since 1995, she continues to teach the 12-step program to addicts and finds it helpful in all of her work, as it is universal to help with human suffering.

 

Mary has built and continues to run a successful and popular resort for vacationers. From 1999 to present, she works with the staff and visitors, and finds that the business has provided a world of experience in human relations. For more information, see www.treasurebeach.com.

 

From 1992-2002, Mary helped build and run the largest court reporting firm in Washington, DC.

 

She also headed up many sales forces from 1984 to 1991. Products ranged from telephone systems for corporations to health products.
