Mary Normile has been coaching professionally since 2005. For the past 30 plus years, she has studied possibility thinking, sales techniques, personal and business communications, conflict resolution, and many other areas. Her thirst for knowledge has been the driving force inspiring her perseverance to continue to learn and help others. She has invested thousands of hours mastering these life skills.

Alcohol and drug counseling has been a large part of Mary's strength. Since 1995, she continues to teach the 12-step program to addicts and finds it helpful in all of her work, as it is universal to help with human suffering.

From 1992-2002, Mary helped build and run the largest court reporting firm in Washington, DC.

 

She also headed up many sales forces from 1984 to 1991. Products ranged from telephone systems for corporations to health products.
